Automation + AI = a very happy business owner
I’m Richard Greenbury, originally from New Zealand and now based in Italy. After running several property management companies, I found myself overwhelmed by daily tasks and searching for a smarter way to grow.
Automation changed everything — but only after I accepted I couldn’t learn it all myself and brought in the right support. Together with my VA team, I built systems that boosted reviews, increased leads, and freed up my time.
